UQ Foundation Incorporation Meeting
        January 24th, 2013
The primary purpose of this meeting was to incorporate the UQ Foundation. The foundation elected its official Board of Directors, assigned positions and officers, and agreed to register with the California Secretary of State under the legal name "The Uncertainty Quantification Foundation." The Board of Directors also reviewed and approved necessary legal documents including: Board Bylaws; Director & Officer Job Descriptions; and Articles of Incorporation.

The UQ Foundation also agreed to pursue a service contract or potential grant fund from Brookhaven National Lab. A proposal was to be submitted and reviewed.

UQ Foundation Regular Meeting
                March 1st, 2013
The purpose of this meeting was to finalize postponed business from the meeting held on Jan. 24th including: the election of an Executive Director/President, the review and approval of the Officer Pay Structure (as exempt employees), and the filing status of the UQ Foundation's TINs.

The Board of Directors also established goals or finalized policy for financial development, community outreach programs, internal personnel, current and potential visibility/presence, business solutions, and long-term strategic planning.
